Easy Install (Standalone executable):
A) Download from here or here.

B) Download from this page normally. Then download & install AutoHotKey from here.
…THEN…
1) Place files from ZIP into your GTAV main folder.
2) Done. Run ‘Riot Editor’, customize your factions and start the mod.

About:
This is a small add-on application for Trumple’s Ped Riot/Chaos mode. It comes with a simple user interface that allows quick & easy changes to your riot without manually editing a config file. Not only that, but it includes a custom, preset config file that includes all of the factions in San Andreas, including law enforcement, escaped prisoners, and rival gangs! So far, it lets you edit the main settings, the member population for each gang, and toggles for each faction. Future updates include editing weapons for each faction.

Note:
This config file relies on default ped models. If you replaced any peds, they may show up during a riot if they are a gang member. For example, you might see ghost rider spawn in one of the gangs if you installed the ghost rider script because it replaces a ped model.
