3-Activate EDIT MODE
4-Go to: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/gtrlms/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/gtrlms.rpf
and put the liveries you prefer into gtrlms.ytd
