Exhaust Deceleration Crackling
Contains the EXHAUST DECEL.wav file of the XA-21, known for its exhaust-crackling when decelerating from high revs. This can be used to replace said .wav of other cars’ engine sound files, allowing the crackle sound effect to be present in a similar manner.
Installation requires the latest OpenIV.
