Triple the amount of People and Cars around the city only. I will take requests on which vehicles should appear more often. Also if you want custom liveries made for cars to appear in traffic.

Version 1.3 contains updated popcycle with cleaned up traffic numbers, ambientpedmodelsets to increase chances of seeing different people, and scenarios increasing the probability of seeing scenario peds.
Version 1.2 contains updated popcycle and pogroups plus additional liveries for Tornado5 and Windsor. Popcycle has been updated to include parked cars and scenario peds. Popgroups has been updated to contain every PED in every zone.
Version 1.1 contains updated vehicle.meta files that make all cars spawn at the same rate. Also contains a modded Windsor car with additional liveries.
