This mod has a car lift, TV, fan, car parts, pictures and tools to work on your car.

(How To Install)
Drag the XML in to your menyoo stuff/spooner folder
load the game and go to the menyoo spooner folder and load it.
Keep in mind this is work in progress and there will be more updates in the future
