The base files are just the t-shirt texture without the Tattoo sleeve, However i included the tattoo sleeve version of the t-shirt pack inside the mod, To complete the tattoo sleeve you will need to download the tattoo mod of the original creator of the tattoo mod, I did not create the tattoo texture:
