Better Generic Vehicle Dashboards

A new (probably unnecessary) mod has been introduced to the site.
This mod replaces some of the dials found in GTA V vehicles to look a bit better in my opinion. For example, I have removed the bluish tint on the bobcat truck and replaced it with a more appealing grey coloration (FOR us first person players of course) speed numbers remain the same. New dials for the Albany Ingot and FQ2, no more orange hue/colored dials.
