Building Description:
Yoyogi Kaikan (Japanese: 代々木会館) is a building located in Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.

History:
Completed in 1969 and known as Yoyogi’s Kowloon Walled City; a mixture of fish and dragons, housed in an izakaya, a Chinese bookstore, and a regular Sushi restaurant, etc.
On August 1, 2019, demolition work will begin due to disrepair.

Pop Culture:
Nippon Television aired the TV series “Angel and the The Scratch was used as a backdrop.
The animated film “Weathering With You”, directed by Makoto Shinkai and released in 2019, also uses the Yoyogi Hall, which will be demolished soon, as an important part of its setting.

2.Copy “yoyogi_kaikan”Folder to “X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\”
3.Go to X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
Then use text editor open it,add new line
dlcpacks:\yoyogi_kaikan\
Save the dlclist.xml file.
