1. Open OpevIV
2. Navigate to – mods-update-x64-dlcpacks
put the folder called “services10” in the dlc.rpf folder
3. Go to “mods-update-update.rpf-common/data- dlclist.xml text editor, add the following line to the bottom – dlcpacks:\services10\
4. Save and exit
5. Spawn name – services10
