1- Drag and drop “golf25r” to: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
2- Go to \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data, Edit dlclist.meta and add this line:

3- Save changes, done!!
