[INSTALLATION]
Both SP & FiveM files included for install
1)Extract cmstrs3.zip folder
2)Now Inside your GTA 5 folder go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
3)Inside the DLC Copy the Extracted File
4)Using OpenIV Go to mods/update.rpf/x64/common/data/dlclist.xml
5)Add this to the xml file dlcpacks:/cmstrs3/
6)Now save the file.
7) Spawn using the name : cmstrs3
