INSTALATION :
with OpenIV, drop the folder “f10” in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
and add this line “dlcpacks:\f10\” in dlclist,
in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
