Enhanced 2K Rain
I couldn’t find any rain texture mods so I decided to make my own. No longer do you have to look at the 128 x 512 low resolution rain. Now you can have 2048 x 2048 Round Rain Drops! And not just one rain drop, you can have 16 different rain drop textures. This does not change clouds or weather, just rain textures. This does not effect performance or Fps as I can tell.
According to NASA, rain drops are actually hamburger bun shaped up to a certain size then breaks in two repeating til it hits the ground. Science of raindrops is so cool. You can have 16 different textures simulating this effect, or you can make your own drops.
1.4 I merged the 1.2 and 1.3 into one file. You can choose long or round drops with vanilla or ripple rain splashes.
1.3 version includes fixes to the ground splashes. Instead of large ground splashes they have been replaced by higher quality ripples. Version 1.2 will remain in case you prefer the default splashes.
1.2 version includes readjustments to rain size, some texture fixes, and a bug fix where the game only showed 1 rain texture at a time.

Install render-drop to common/data/levels/gta5/weather
Install fxweather to x64/textures
Added a video comparing Natural Vision Evolved rain to upgraded rain. Will replace rain drops, but compatible with all mods. Raining during Clearing weather is only activated if your weather file says so. No known bugs or FPS issues.
