1. Copy the oyclc500 folder to
X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks or X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV to decompress
X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml
Or X: \ Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ update.update.rpf \ common \ data \ dlclist.xml
Then open it with notepad and add a new line
dlcpacks: \oycmr500\
Save and replace it with OpenIV.
3. Note that the atmosphere lights and seats need Benny’s car workshop, or need Menyoo to modify the interior color and instrument color to change the color, I wish you have fun.
