1. Download and open OpenIV
2. Turn on Edit mode
3. Go to the folder: Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_gunrunning_hair_01
4. Drag and drop files
Model includes all LOD so if you will put it on your FiveM server, it won’t change model or change color from the distance. It will replace hair on slot #70.
